I've been running for years -- no speed.
I used ro run outside but I got tired of
Getting hit by cars, soaked by rain or falling on my butt because of
ice.
Now I run on my cadillac treadmill,
Watching tv and listening to music...
But not any kind of music...rhytmic music.
